For all Canadian shipments, Silky's Garden will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. In order to return an item, please contact us for a return authorization and instructions on how to return your order. Please note on the original invoice the reason for the return; whether the item has been opened and/or whether it has been used. Your PayPal account will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned goods. Please allow time for the refund to be processed by PayPal.

For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
